In November, health care technology solutions provider CNSI and Kepro, a provider of technology-enabled care management, quality oversight and clinical assessment services, announced their merger to form one health care solutions company. WashingtonExec’s Amanda Ziadeh sits down with CNSI CEO Todd Stottlemyer to discuss how the merger came about and what the combined company will look like.
