Glenn Kurowski
CTO, CACI International
Glenn Kurowski encourages CACI to dare to be creative and think differently about technology, but most of all, he challenges the company to be disruptive.
In 2021, he was named CACI CTO and tasked with advancing critical technologies, driving technology investments, and recruiting and developing the company’s technical workforce to accelerate growth.
Through his and the CACI leadership team’s efforts, the company is growing by delivering innovative and disruptive technologies to the U.S. government fueled by a robust research and development program.
CACI has also stood up an industry-leading internship program with over 300 interns a year who become the company’s next generation of talent upon graduation. And separately, the company has acquired three new technologies that address capability gaps and differentiate CACI in the market.
“It is an amazing privilege to contribute to CACI’s enduring business model focused on solving our customers’ most challenging problems in national security and government modernization,” Kurowski said. “A CTO does not have personal achievements; success is the result of a great team, united toward a goal and daring to innovate and disrupt. I am immensely proud of our internship program and improving our development offerings for our technical talent. These programs help to shape tomorrow’s workforce and enable them to thrive, grow and innovate.”
Why Watch
During the next year, Kurowski and CACI’s leadership team are focused on listening to their customers and responding with technologies and capabilities including software development at scale, free-space optical communications, digital modernization and advancing the vision of JADC2 across all domains.
CACI is also committed to nurturing the innovators of tomorrow, who are diverse, digitally native and unencumbered by constraints. Kurowski and his team will continue to develop CACI’s robust and unique talent pipeline by partnering with select universities across the nation, including the U.S. Naval Academy and Virginia Tech.
“Since assuming the role of CTO, Glenn has set the bar high as an innovator and strategist,” said CACI President and CEO John Mengucci. “He is naturally drawn to differentiated, disruptive technologies that challenge our industry to modernize, align to our strategy to invest ahead of our customers’ needs, and drive long-term value for our shareholders.”
