Since David Wolf arrived in April 2021, he has applied his deep experience in business development and operational excellence to enhance operations and establish a platform for strong growth as part of the new Blackwatch ownership group.
He developed a new corporate brand to promote ownership evolution by unveiling a new logo and website to showcase the company’s successful growth and provide visitors with a robust experience reflective of the company’s commitment to employees, customers and partners.

Over the past 17 months amid pandemic challenges, he championed multiple new program awards, including a Defense Department Semiconductor Foundry Manufacturing Sustainment contract, NASA Space Flight Engineering Services contract and GSA Highly Adaptive Cybersecurity Services SIN addition.
Wolf is also actively negotiating one of the largest awards in Blackwatch’s history for a new federal civilian customer that sets the stage for significant growth in both company size and the span of service delivery across multiple technology domains.
