Ben Winter successfully planned for and navigated board meetings and SEC filings over two weeks in February that included the approval and filing of Leidos’ Form 10-K (which included a sensitive disclosure); strategic support to associated earnings and analyst calls; election and announcement of a new director; and the establishment of a trading plan for a senior executive.
