Cliff Greenblatt
Chief Legal Officer, ASRC Federal
Cliff Greenblatt has built a strong team that emphasizes compliance, critical thinking, and a customer and strategy-focused mindset in facilitating the company’s business decisions and ongoing success. He has a nuanced understanding of the unique regulatory and compliance factors within the government contracting market.
This background, along with his ability to deliver consistent legal support across a family of companies with different goals and locations, has played an important role in helping agency customers achieve their mission objectives.
Greenblatt and his team have built a foundation of success by implementing efficient and repeatable baseline legal processes across disciplines that include governance, government contracting, compliance, and labor and employment. He has also successfully led the company through multiple corporate transactions, including several acquisitions.
In addition to his work in support of the company’s business objectives, Greenblatt works to create an inclusive, supportive environment for all employees as a founder of the recently formed PRIDE LGBTQ+ employee resource group and assists veterans in their transition to the civilian workforce as a mentor for American Corporate Partners.
“As ASRC Federal continues to grow, it’s my job as chief counsel to offer guidance that fosters beneficial and enduring partnerships with our industry teammates and federal customers,” he said. “I am fortunate to have a talented team that supports our family of companies with dedication and a sense of purpose.”
