Empower AI has won a 5-year recompete task order from the Executive Office of the President’s Office of Management and Budget to deliver critical IT support services.

These services include automation tools that support the federal budget process under the hybrid fixed-price task order, which has an estimated value of $16.9 million if all options are exercised.

“We are pleased to continue our support of this important mission to help the U.S. government prepare the annual budget,” said Empower AI President and CEO Paul Dillahay. “With enhanced technology and new automation capabilities, this critical process will be more efficient and secure for the American people.”

Under the contract, Empower AI will provide federal budget process support, help maintaining existing application systems, and upgrade enhancements to existing application systems. The goal is to achieve a comprehensive set of integrated data and application systems capable of supporting functions under OMB’s organizational units.

Empower AI will also continue its code modernization efforts to eliminate technical debt, increase overall maintainability of the system, and implement a robust application knowledge management capability.

Empower AI has been supporting the Executive Office of the President with IT services for over 30 years.
