    Top HR Execs to Watch in 2022: ICF’s Caryn McGarry

    Knowing people are drawn to ICF to do meaningful work, Caryn McGarry and her team attract those with the desire to solve complex challenges with global impact, establish a strong connection to ICF during their onboarding, then invest in their professional growth, wellbeing and sense of belonging.

    Her recent achievements include embracing the future of work as most of ICF’s 8,000 employees adopted hybrid work arrangements to preserve much-valued flexibility and balance. McGarry championed employee wellbeing by expanding ICF’s Be Well program with a robust set of resources and webinars, plus a new app to promote emotional, social, physical and financial wellness.

    In 2022, McGarry and her team are accelerating a comprehensive people strategy that includes supporting career and leadership growth. They recently launched “impact conversations” that inspire employees to drive their professional growth by identifying career interests, tapping into ICF resources, expanding their networks and developing learning agility.
