Jack Jackson, DCS Corp.

Jack Jackson

Vice President of Human Resources, DCS Corp.

In 2021, Jack Jackson helped the business continue its organic growth while managing the complexities presented by the continued COVID-19 pandemic and its impact on the workforce.

There has been a particular focus on recruiting, retention and employee engagement. All these were made more difficult given the constrained labor market and the fact that most employees continue to work remotely at least part of the time. Jackson and his team have implemented numerous outreach activities and creative approaches to ensure all employee owners feel connected.

“Building a great HR team and providing them with the support they need has been critical to our success,” he said.

Why Watch

In 2022, Jackson and his team are heavily focused on advancing employee outreach and building tools and processes that streamline processes while improving the employee experience. They are also focused on the continued growth of the business by differentiating DCS Corp. through enhancing the employee experience.

“HR is a contact team sport,” Jackson said. “Providing the right support to your employees requires the collaboration and efforts of all involved. As employees are your greatest contributors to success, you can never invest too much time or energy into supporting them on their career journey with you.”
