Top HR Execs to Watch in 2022: Booz Allen’s Aimee George Leary

With more than 20 years’ experience in the talent space, Aimee George Leary leads Booz Allen’s integrated talent management strategy and corporate communications. Her work increases the depth, breadth and diversity of the firm’s global talent pipeline, and drives hiring and retention of top talent, as well as generates momentum with the employee base around key initiatives.

Most recently, George Leary and her team established the Technical Talent System and unified five traditionally separate components into one platform to empower employees, advance innovation and equity and evolve as the firm grows. This new framework enabled the firm to increase its capability hires to over 35% in fiscal year 2022, building a talent pipeline to support growth and quickly respond to important client missions. 

“Aimee has been instrumental to transforming our talent strategy and positioning us for growth,” said Betty Thompson, executive vice president and chief people officer at Booz Allen.
