    Ray Khuo, BlueHalo

    Ray Khuo

    Chief Human Capital Officer, BlueHalo

Ray Khuo is responsible for the overall business strategy, operations and performance of the human resources, talent acquisition, security, training and development, and community outreach organizations, as well as the overall health and wellness of the employees. He has successfully integrated 11 mergers and acquisitions since BlueHalo was founded in 2020.

Over the past year, Khuo launched new benefits across the enterprise as well as leave and 401(k) platforms; maintained 98% of the company’s employee base during integration implementations; filled nearly 300 positions – with 80% of those having active security clearance; and launched important corporate programs such as Halo U Training, BlueHalo Serves, BlueHalo Spirit and the Culture, Climate, Inclusion and Belonging program.

    Why Watch

Khuo’s leadership approach will have the opportunity to flourish and grow along with BlueHalo as the company continues garnering major awards, such as the recent $1.4 billion Space Force contract, and expanding across the nation.

With double-digit growth projected for 2022, the company’s 1,300-plus employees will benefit from a new learning management system that will allow them to access, track and carry out training and development, as well as human capital artificial intelligence resource tools that provide key data for BlueHalo programs and teams.
