System High Corp. has promoted Rob Sanborn to executive vice president, chief technology and innovation officer, to identify, develop and mature technologies and processes that will enable security and protection capability to customers.

Sanborn has over 35 years of government and industry experience and brings a unique enterprise perspective around international security, industrial security, program protection, cybersecurity, counterintelligence, and protective service operations.

“Rob is a dynamic security professional who will serve a critical role in our executive leadership team leading our technology and innovation segment,” said System High President and CEO Rob Howe. “His extensive background and decades of serving customers in the Defense, Intelligence, and international communities will help elevate System High to the next level.”

Sanborn came to System High in 2020 as the strategic adviser to the CEO. Before that, he served as a U.S.-designated security authority on behalf of the Defense Department. In this capacity, his responsibilities included leading U.S. security delegations abroad and hosting reciprocal international security delegations within the U.S. and negotiating general security of information agreements with foreign senior security, intelligence and counterintelligence officials.
