ECS has appointed John Roman as vice president of contracts and procurement to manage contracts, subcontracts and procurement functions, supporting the company’s 2022 strategic growth initiatives and beyond.

Roman has over 30 years of contract experience working in the federal and commercial sectors. Prior to joining ECS, he was a senior director of contracts, procurement and pricing for Huntington Ingalls Industries.
“John Roman is an experienced executive with a long history of driving cost savings, risk minimization, and year-over-year growth through his effective management,” said Pamela Rothka, chief financial officer of ECS.
Romain is also a National Contract Management Association member, serving on its national board of advisers.
