Curtis Puckett has been promoted to lead General Dynamics Information Technology’s Defense Information Systems Agency and enterprise services sector.
Puckett has more than 33 years experience serving in the military and federal contracting industry. He first joined GDIT in 2020 as the business area vice president of enterprise IT services in the defense division.
There, Puckett led operations for the DISA enterprise IT services business unit and introduced emerging technologies to improve delivery of services.
His career also spans broad experience implementing enterprise solutions that include systems engineering and integration, software engineering and development, enterprise resource planning, network operations, cloud architectures, information assurance, cybersecurity, telecommunications and IT services management.
Puckett began his career in IT with the Air Force. He spent 10 years as a satellite communications technician before commissioning and finishing out his 25-year career as a cyber officer at DISA.
