Kirsten Dalboe, chief data officer of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, has won WashingtonExec’s 2022 Chief Officer Award for Government CDO of the Year.

Nearly 450 attendees gathered for the in-person luncheon held at the Ritz Carlton in McLean, Virginia.
