John Sherman, chief information officer for the Defense Department, has won WashingtonExec’s 2022 Chief Officer Award for CIO in the Government category.
WashingtonExec on May 11 unveiled the winners of the Chief Officer Awards, an annual program that recognizes the most impactful and innovative executives in government and industry sitting in the C-suite. Nearly 450 attendees gathered for the in-person luncheon held at the Ritz Carlton in McLean, Virginia.
The award was presented to Sherman by Sean Morris, chief operating officer at Deloitte.
