Shelli Green

Executive Director, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, Vectrus

Shelli Green is a transformative leader who led diversity, equity and inclusion at Vectrus through the pandemic and endemic phases of COVID-19.

“She rose from absolute successes and excellence as a program manager to achieve top corporate performance to implement and guide an industry-leading and well-received DE&I program across Vectrus,” said retired Gen. William “Kip” Ward, Vectrus strategic adviser.

“She has a people-first, collaborative, and empathetic approach to inclusion that connects the diverse Vectrus global team that spans 205 locations in 28 countries,” said Chuck Prow, president and CEO of Vectrus. “As we deliver innovative, mission-matched solutions for our military and government customers worldwide, Shelli’s strategy for DE&I helps us attract and sustain a diverse and engaged workforce while upholding the ethical standards our company is built upon.”

Sue Deagle, senior vice president and chief growth officer at Vectrus, also said:

“Shelli has leveraged internal networks to develop DE&I metrics at multiple levels with progressive reporting periods. In two years of her leadership, we have adapted and synergized our strategy and Employee Resource Groups — exceeding expectations.”

Why Watch
