Georgia Coffey
Director, Enterprise Operations, Global Diversity & Inclusion, Lockheed Martin Corp.
A nationally recognized thought leader in diversity and inclusion, Georgia Coffey joined Lockheed Martin in 2017 and has since served as a catalyst for change. Under her leadership, Lockheed Martin’s Enterprise Operations Global Diversity & Inclusion program has become a model for other organizations.
Coffey has led the implementation of several groundbreaking initiatives: the company’s first multiyear D&I strategic plan; first annual D&I progress report; new workforce diversity analytics; an expansive inclusion learning portfolio; a hiring manager guide for conducting EEO-compliant and inclusive recruitment processes; and the highly innovative virtual Working to Include, Network and Grow Stronger Mentoring Program.
These, and many other programs, serve as the underpinning of Lockheed Martin’s GD&I efforts to embed fairness and a sense of belonging throughout the organization.
“In these challenging times, the promotion of equity, diversity and inclusion has never been more important,” Coffey said. “The health of our company, our society and our planet is inextricably linked to these fundamental principles.”
