To better serve Avantus Federal’s people and clients, the company integrated its federal civilian and homeland divisions into a combined homeland, law enforcement and civilian division, now led by Luke McFadden.

“Luke is an exceptional leader; he is thoughtful and intentional, striking the right balance between empowering our people to succeed and ensuring we exceed client expectations across national security missions,” said Andy Maner, Avantus CEO.

Through the integration, a unified strategy was developed that provides increased opportunities for the 300 people within the division and will drive mission success.

“Avantus is best positioned to provide advanced technology and specialized expertise to further the tip of spear mission challenges today impacting national security,” McFadden said. “This approach has made Avantus a great place to grow my career.”

    Why Watch

As a fast-growing mid-market powerhouse, Avantus Federal serves intelligence, defense, homeland and civilian customers via technical solutions and services across data, cyber, space and other mission domains. These are buzzwords, but McFadden said Avantus cuts through the hype via its culture and delivery. With a unique blend of elite talent and agile infrastructure, Avantus is redefining the federal market.

“Avantus’ innovative capability growth over the past few years enables my team to diversify and increase services for our long-term customers including DHS,” he said.
