SilverEdge Government Solutions has hired Emily Ringer as chief human capital officer.

Ringer brings 25 years’ experience in government contracting, where she specialized in human resources, total rewards administration, communications, human capital and operational management.
Prior to joining SilverEdge, Ringer was a human resources and operations leader at EverWatch, Ventech Solutions, Enlighten IT Consulting (subsequently Alion) and KeyW (subsequently Jacobs).
