Kathie Powers’ biggest achievement this year was twofold: reengineering a solid company and business financial reporting file that hits all the key metrics to be successful in monitoring and achieving plans, and reimagining a monthly rolling forecast to track progress in achieving the annual plans.

In 2022, Powers’ team is heavily focused on bringing in a software package that can support rapidly changing revenue streams.
