David Harrison has joined QinetiQ U.S. as vice president of business operations, to lead functional business operations to realize maximum business value and operational excellence.

Harrison has subject matter expertise in digital transformation, software-as-a-service implementation, enterprise cloud services and IT strategy development/execution, and enterprise service delivery.

“I am looking forward to bringing my skills in outcome-based technology to the QinetiQ US team,” he said. “This is a dynamic group and I am honored to be a part of the operational business planning moving forward.”

With more than 15 years’ experience spearheading IT organizations and programs, Harrison’s strategies harness technology capabilities aligned to business needs to elevate organizational performance. In his most recent work with Northrop Grumman, he supervised large-scale project teams, program portfolios and IT operational organizations that consistently delivered predictable business results.

“We are excited to welcome David to our leadership team,” said President and CEO Shawn Purvis. “His skillset spans both technology and business, allowing for unique insight into the cross functionality between technology, creativity, and operations.”
