Gainwell Technologies announced that Oscar Montes will serves as its chief growth officer. He will develop and execute Gainwell’s strategic growth plan, focusing on driving sales, marketing and business development.
Montes brings over 25 years of experience growing and running large-scale government health programs across various agencies, including the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services and the Defense Department.
Before joining Gainwell, Montes was the CEO of Magellan Federal, a $300 million behavioral and specialty healthcare firm. He led a team of over 2,500 professionals, who serve members of the military, federal civilian employees and their families.
Montes serves on the Armed Services Arts Partnership board of directors, which cultivates strong communities for military veterans and their families to thrive through the arts. He also serves on the board of directors for Making Homes Possible, an organization that provides quality affordable homes to families.
