EverWatch Corp.’s John Hillen, who was the award show emcee, presents Accenture Federal Services’ Deborah Ringel with a Chief Officer Award.

Deborah Ringel, who’s general counsel and chief ethics and compliance officer at Accenture Federal Services, won WashingtonExec’s 2022 Chief Officer Award for Chief Ethics and Compliance Officer in the public company category.

WashingtonExec on May 11 unveiled the winners of the Chief Officer Awards, an annual program that recognizes the most impactful and innovative executives in government and industry sitting in the C-suite. Nearly 450 attendees gathered for the in-person luncheon held at the Ritz Carlton in McLean, Virginia.

Ringel noted in her finalist Q+A with WashingtonExec she is most proud to be part of a team so focused on making change matter for government clients and internally.

“Whether we are solving a pressing challenge that has national impact for a federal agency, or finding new ways to strengthen our internal culture — we approach every opportunity with creativity, collaboration and empathy,” Ringel said.
