Kevin McNeill

Senior Vice President, Cyberspace Solutions, CACI

Kevin McNeill’s biggest recent achievement was supporting his department leaders and their staff by advising and successfully advocating for the resources they need, and collaborating with business partners in business development, contracts and capture to achieve a 100% win rate on all of the company’s re-competes over that last year and a half.

Why Watch

In 2022, McNeill and his team are heavily focused on growing CACI’s cyberspace operations and Research & Engineering Laboratory with strategic hiring by collaborating across the whole of CACI and working with their teammates.

They intend to expand CACI’s capabilities to deliver mission technology and mission expertise across the full spectrum of cyberspace operations/CNO — with increased focus on mission-scale operations as the ongoing asymmetric warfare fight expands under Great Power Competition.

“CACI is a powerhouse of technology across RF, Photonics, Cyber, C-UAS and much much more with a culture of collaboration across diverse technology and business units to solve our customers’ hardest challenges,” McNeill said.

“It’s my privilege to lead a team of over 500 talented scientists, engineers, developers, and program managers who put Mission First, go down-range in harm’s way, and work demanding hours knowing they can never talk about the successes they see in the headlines that they enabled,” he added.
