Integrity Management Consulting, Inc. announced today that it has hired Sean Delaney as Senior Vice President of growth and strategy to its executive leadership team.
Delaney is a senior growth and growth enablement executive with over 25 years of experience. He will lead Integrity’s strategic growth, capture, proposal, business development, and marketing initiatives. Delaney will report to Integrity President and CEO Christopher Romani.
“Sean will play a critical role in leading Integrity’s strategic growth capability,” said Romani. “Sean’s vast experience and demonstrated ability to drive and motivate teams, develop relationships, gather market intelligence, and provide the team with strategic direction in this highly competitive market will be essential to Integrity’s growth.”
Delaney is a 25-year information technology and GovCon veteran. Most recently at MBA CSi and Salient CRGT, Delaney built strong growth enablement organizations. Before Salient CRGT, Delaney was General Manager for RCM Technologies. At RCM, Delaney led key growth functions, including business development, capture, proposal operations, and delivery.
