Management consulting and digital transformation company CALIBRE Systems, Inc. has named Pete Leroy vice president of defense enterprise solutions.

Leroy will be responsible for the financial performance of DES, controlling and monitoring the execution of assigned projects, and sustainment and growth. He will also serve as a member of the corporate leadership team and will contribute to the overall direction of the company.

“We are excited that Pete has joined CALIBRE and our leadership team,” said CALIBRE COO Jerry Hogge. “Pete brings decades of program and business management experience along with an incredible track record for driving growth. I, along with everyone at CALIBRE, welcome Pete and look forward to his leadership to drive continued operational excellence and profitable growth.”

Before CALIBRE, Leroy was vice president of business strategy and performance at MITRE Corp. He has over 25 years of program management, operations, strategy and business development experience in various parts of the public sector, health, defense and telecom industries.

Before MITRE, Pete served as the chief of staff for military and veterans operation within the Leidos Health Group (formerly SAIC).

“CALIBRE has a great reputation in the industry due to its exceptional track record of providing value to our clients through collaborative, trusted relationships, quality services, and products that make a difference,” Leroy said. “CALIBRE also has a culture that emphasizes collaboration with, and respect for, the people that you work with. I am looking forward to contributing to the growth of this dynamic organization.”
