    Bryce McDevitt

Vice President, External Communications & Marketing, Parsons Corp.

In leading Parsons external communications and marketing team, Bryce McDevitt is proud of the function’s growth and how much it has accomplished so quickly.

“Play for the name on the front of the jersey,” McDevitt said.

By aligning with the business growth pipeline, he and his team focus on critical corporate priorities and adding value. Over the past three years, they have delivered increases of 52% in social media engagement, 68% in media coverage, 75% in social media followers, 95% in new users to Parsons website and 267% in page views correlated to marketing efforts. They also increased the time on the website by 112%.

“We know that performing in these categories are foundational to the growth of our brand and the advancement of our business,” McDevitt said. “The team has won global communications awards for our digital marketing, social media, and product marketing campaigns. I believe we are only scratching the surface of the impact we can make at Parsons.”

    Why Watch

In 2022, McDevitt and his team are focused on advancing the brand position in national security and critical infrastructure and specifically using strategic communications to increase their ability to win new business and hire the best talent. They discuss moving up the value chain as a business — communications and marketing is directly aligned to that goal.

“As leaders, we craft the vision, define the direction of the company, and how we are going to create value for our customers and stakeholders,” said Paul Decker, president of defense and intelligence at Parsons. “As the champion and steward of our brand, Bryce has a strong voice to tell our story of how we are creating the future of national security and global infrastructure to deliver a better world. He takes our story and effectively shares it with the core audiences that we want to know about our company.”
