    Heather Williams, Noblis

    Heather Williams

Senior Marketing and Communications Executive, Noblis

Heather Williams joined Noblis in March 2021 as the senior marketing and communications executive. Her tasks: to elevate and amplify the company’s overall mission to enrich lives and make the nation safer, and to expand its business across the federal market.

Upon arrival, Williams led efforts to develop and launch an overall brand hierarchy to ensure Noblis and its subsidiaries maintain a branded house — versus a house of brands — and to position it more accurately as a science and technology organization. This strengthened the company’s overall foundation as it prepared to acquire McKean Defense in early May.

For the acquisition, Williams developed and led a holistic communications strategy for the launch, integration and subsequent rebranding of McKean Defense to Noblis MSD, a subsidiary of Noblis that combines decades of specialized defense mission domain knowledge with the latest technological innovation.

Under Williams’ leadership, the Noblis marketing and communications team partnered with the company’s solution delivery organization on a multipronged campaign for launching the organization’s new Run with Noblis digital solutions suite, which addresses evolving needs of federal agencies.

    Why Watch

In her short time at Noblis, Williams received the company’s President’s Award for her leadership in living and growing the Noblis brand. She’s looking forward to working with her team and colleagues to build on current initiatives while focusing on a newly launched thought leadership campaign and advancing the company’s content strategy and virtual presence as the industry further shifts to digital marketing and communications strategies.
