As chief communications officer, Mike Teegardin leads a strategic communications program focused on driving growth, attracting and retaining talent, and ultimately, ensuring a strong and authentic brand.

He recently oversaw the development and launch of ASRC Federal’s new brand, ensuring it aligned with the organization’s robust capability offerings, culture and core values. The modernized brand includes an overhauled website designed with user experience in mind. The brand and the campaign won an AVA Digital Gold Award.

“The new ASRC Federal brand demonstrates our evolution as a company and our breadth of expertise,” said Jennifer Felix, president and CEO of ASRC Federal. “It also enhances our ability to recruit top talent across the country in support of customer missions.”

Along with the rebrand, Teegardin and his team are focused on creatively telling the stories of the people, leaders and critical services they provide.

“We are fortunate to have amazingly talented and deeply committed people supporting our nation’s most important missions,” Teegardin said. “ASRC Federal employees are furthering space exploration, ensuring safe airways, and prototyping unmanned robotics. It’s our responsibility to share stories of their work and the impact they are having on our world.”
