Vice President, Marketing Communications, National Security and Innovative Solutions, CACI International
Rachael Duffy’s focus at CACI is to raise awareness for the expertise and technology it offers customers. This year, Duffy’s team has launched some of the first-ever external campaigns that support business growth goals, leveraging a surround sound communications approach that considers all of CACI’s audiences, and has made an impact in its customer markets.
Watching that transformation and bringing awareness to the “game-changing technology that supports our customer’s national security missions is truly the most rewarding achievement for a marketing professional,” Duffy said.
“Rachael is an exceptional marketing professional because of her unique mix of strategic vision and business alignment,” said Todd Probert, president at CACI. “Over the years, she has demonstrated just how powerful communications can be in delivering the right message to the right audience at just the right time.”
“Marketing is one of the areas that truly requires constant reflection and innovation to be successful and stay relevant,” Duffy said. “What worked 10, five or even two years ago doesn’t necessarily work today. If you don’t evolve and listen to the market, your brand and your organization will suffer.”
The most dynamic portfolio at CACI features technology for the multidomain digital battlefield of today and tomorrow. In 2022, Duffy and her team are heavily focused on raising awareness through compelling and creative stories about how these technologies have been leveraged for challenging customer needs.
Examples of CACI’s full-spectrum cyber, electronic warfare and CUAS solutions are protecting warfighters and critical sites and are “edge-of-your-seat” exciting, she said. Duffy and her team are looking forward to bringing everyone this kind of compelling content while remaining focused on raising CACI’s public profile on digital and social media platforms, and in thought leadership and media outlets.
