Senior Vice President, Booz Allen Hamilton

Cedric Sims hasn’t only guided his team through growth while managing the uncertainty of the COVID-19 pandemic — he’s also seen minimal attrition and expanded delivery with partners into missions where Booz Allen is helping secure government networks, strengthen supply chains and contribute to U.S. domestic resilience.

“I have a fantastic team that is deeply steeped in a mission-driven culture,” Sims said. “As our clients’ missions become more complex, we are evolving our business, our solutions, and our talent. I led my team through a growth summit that is helping us reformulate our business.”

Helping civil agencies meet their expanding missions means leveraging advanced technologies to work faster and more effectively than ever before, said Kristine Martin Anderson, Booz Allen executive vice president and civilian services group lead.

“Cedric’s leadership in critical areas such as applying analytics to support homeland security and law enforcement missions exemplifies how Booz Allen works shoulder-to-shoulder with our clients to help continually protect and serve U.S. citizens,” she said.

    Why Watch

Sims said Booz Allen is seeing early evidence it’s meeting clients where their core, enduring missions intersect with integrated solutions.

“Not all the work is glamorous,” he said. “It is, however, vital for the prosperity of our nation. We are applying the ethical use of AI, analytics, and cyber practices to a wide range of challenges to include combating human trafficking, impeding the fraudulent use of cryptocurrency, and targeting illicit goods and criminal activity.”
