    CEO, Avantus Federal

Andy Maner has led Avantus Federal through a period of organic and inorganic growth as it remains a rapidly growing middle-market powerhouse focused on data, cyber, space and mission solutions.

With a “your career grows here” ethos, Avantus starts and ends with a talent focus, as reflected in its expansive Integrated Talent Management platform with 16 tailored development programs widely embraced across the 1,200-plus person team, over 25% of whom are veterans.

Major initiatives across diversity, equity and inclusion efforts; record retention rates, new hires and internal transfers; continued differentiated M&A execution; and the highest number of new technical and functional certifications all suggest Avantus is here to shake up the GovCon market, Maner said.

    Why Watch

Maner sees 2022 as Avantus’ — and the broader industry’s — time to shine and drive change.

“We have a rich industry ecosystem with great companies and even greater missions, but our Avantus team is focused on building the most admired business that customers, talent, partners and competitors have ever encountered,” he said. “It starts and ends with a genuine service and excellence culture, and a continued dedication to bringing a special mix of talent, technology and tenacity that drives speed to impact across novel data, cyber, space and mission solutions.”
