Federal Supply Chain & Operations Practice Lead, Accenture Federal Services

Paul Ott helps federal leaders solve supply chain bottlenecks by investing in emerging technologies like digitization and artificial intelligence to modernize industrial operations, improve fleet utilization and keep frontline workers trained, connected and safe.

During an unprecedented supply chain disruption, which exposed weaknesses in the resiliency of supply chains, Accenture Federal Services is planning to accelerate its digital supply chain capabilities by bringing scalable solutions that support federal agencies. Ott said AFS’ offerings are at the convergence of data analytics, process optimization and emerging technology.

“We work from the tactical edge up through the C-suite,” he said. “We promote a partnership model with our clients, so that supply chain strategies and solutions are executable and resonate throughout the organization.”

To optimize delivery, having the right logistics digital infrastructure to support an organization’s outcomes is critical.

“While the challenges facing global supply chains are substantial, the opportunities to drive business impact are even greater,” Ott said. “Technologies such as edge devices, IoT and cloud are force multipliers at driving more intelligent, agile and sustainable operations.”

Colleagues describe Ott as a client-focused, dynamic and problem-solving executive with proven results in developing and leading high-impact and high-visibility business strategy, supply chain and data analytics projects across multiple clients.
