    President, CGI Federal

As the newly appointed president of CGI Federal, Stephanie Mango oversaw a merger and organizational restructure within the first year of her tenure.

Quickly building on CGI’s foundational elements to elevate employee engagement and inclusion, since stepping into her role, Mango has created a new diversity equity and inclusion executive leadership position, expanded employee resource groups, and enhanced member engagement programs.

“CGI cultivates a culture of ownership, respect and belonging that encourages risk-taking, fosters innovation and accountability coupled with empowerment,” Mango said. “Together, we achieve meaningful results for our clients, invigorate the lives of our colleagues, and strengthen the communities in which we live and work.”

    Why Watch

In the past year, Mango’s team added strategic senior talent, reorganized business units to align with government priorities, and established a new horizontal practice that integrates advisory services and emerging technologies with a focus on leveraging global best practices.

Through the strategic acquisition of ARRAY, CGI added to its digital modernization and DevOps capabilities and expanded its footprint into the Air Force and Space Command. Their combined portfolio of enterprise application expertise in modernization, DevSecOps, cloud, data analytics and cybersecurity further strengthens CGI’s position as an end-to-end solutions provider to federal, state and local governments.

Now, Mango’s leadership team is focused on leveraging CGI’s talent pool and new structure to achieve meaningful outcomes for their clients, members and shareholders.

“As we continue to grow and make strategic acquisitions, we are committed to enhancing and accelerating CGI’s position as a leading provider of digital modernization services to meet the growing demand of U.S. public sector clients,” Mango said.
