Terry Phillips has been appointed as Leidosâ senior vice president and chief security officer to lead, manage and direct the activities of the Leidos Global Security Organization.

Prior to joining Leidos, Phillips served as executive director of the Air Forceâs Office of Special Investigations Office of Special Projects, where he managed global enterprise security strategies for the Air Force, Space Force and select DOD Special Access Programs.
Phillips has also served as the director of counterintelligence for the U.S. European Command, where he directed counterintelligence strategy and operations for 53 countries in Europe, Caucasus and Levant.
In his new role, Phillips will oversee the companyâs compliance with U.S. and foreign government national security standards.
