IBM announced Katharyn White has rejoined the company to lead federal ecosystem efforts.
White will head up IBM’s federal market organization. She brings to the task a breadth of technology and government sector experience, in a variety of leadership roles inside and outside IBM.
She served most recently as chief marketing officer and senior vice president for marketing and channels for T-Systems. Prior to that, White was general manager for MITRE’s public sector business.
With her new role, White returns to an earlier stomping ground. Before joining MITRE in 2017, White spent 20 years with IBM, where she led transformation and partnership initiatives.
In a statement, IBM leadership said bringing White on board in her new capacity demonstrates the company’s “deep commitment to building and supporting an ecosystem business function that creates value for its federal government agency clients.”
