    Jerry Hogge Joins CALIBRE as EVP, COO

    Jerry Hogge has joined CALIBRE Systems, Inc. as executive vice president and chief operations officer, a role in which he’ll manage all company profit centers and business development.

    “It is with great pleasure that I announce this appointment and welcome Jerry as CALIBRE’s EVP and COO,” said CALIBRE President and CEO Richard Pineda. “With his demonstrated executive level track record and passion for winning, I am confident that he will lead CALIBRE’s operations and growth organization with tremendous success.”

    Hogge brings 32 years of executive leadership experience to CALIBRE. He will also serve as a corporate officer and as a member of the corporate leadership team and executive leadership team.

    “I, along with CALIBRE’s employee-owners, look forward to working with Jerry to achieve our corporate objectives focused on the success of our clients and career growth for our employees,” Pineda added.

    In his new role, Hogge will ensure the company has the right operational controls, administrative and reporting procedures, and people systems in place to effectively deliver at the highest levels, win recompetes and grow the organization.

    “I am delighted to join CALIBRE and it is an honor to lead such an incredible team of professionals devoted to delivering high quality services and solutions in support of our clients’ mission objectives,” Hogge said. “I am certain that we have the right leadership, the right capabilities, and the right mission-focus to continue CALIBRE’s incredible record of growth and success.”

    Prior to joining CALIBRE, Hogge served as the special adviser to MITRE’s president and CEO and as senior vice president and general manager of MITRE Public Sector. Before joining MITRE, Hogge was senior vice president and general manager for military and veterans health solutions at Leidos, and also served as deputy group president of Leidos Health Solutions Group.
