Mary Petryszyn has built Northrop Grumman’s newest sector, Defense Systems, into a multibillion-dollar business focused on growth and future success for her customers.
Her broad portfolio includes missiles and tactical weapons, all-domain command and control architecture, integrated battle command systems, and sustainment and modernization capabilities.
Petryszyn’s extensive global experience in business and operational leadership within the government and defense markets, along with her strong advocacy for diversity and doing what is right, has created an energized environment where employees connect, perform and grow.
“In order to deliver systems capable of tackling the threats of tomorrow, it’s paramount that our team grows the next corps of leadership for the industry,” Petryszyn said.
