Glenn Hickok
Vice President, Noblis Defense Mission Area/President, Noblis MSD and Mikros Technologies
Under Glenn Hickok’s leadership, Noblis’ defense programs have grown from less than $30 million to over $180 million in just under a year.
This growth stems from both organic activity and the acquisition of McKean Defense, which the company recently rebranded as Noblis MSD. Hickok played a key role in finding and integrating McKean, a company he believes is the right organization and platform for Noblis to insert critical technologies in a changing mission set. He defines the McKean acquisition and subsequent launch of Noblis MSD as both exhilarating and rewarding.
“The combined companies bring advanced competencies, in-depth mission knowledge, a rare combination of talent and 100% commitment to customer missions,” Hickok said.
Why Watch
The recent growth is just the beginning.
“DOD needs to rapidly adjust the capabilities base to ensure viability against near-peer competitors in the decades to come,” Hickok said. “As a nonprofit and trusted advisor to the government, Noblis is the ideal platform to rapidly develop, integrate and deploy these capabilities.”
