Priscilla Lott-Price, senior vice president and human resources executive at Leidos Defense Group, has won WashingtonExec’s 2021 Pinnacle Award for HR Executive of the Year.
WashingtonExec on Dec. 8 virtually unveiled the winners of the Pinnacle Awards, an annual program that embodies the WashingtonExec spirit of highlighting successful executives and businesses saving money and fostering innovation for federal clients across the region.
Lott-Price noted one of her key achievements of 2020/2021 was leading the approach to deploy comprehensive and integrated workforce engagement strategies in Leidos’ largest business area, the Defense Group, despite pandemic-related challenges.
When the company secured the largest IT contract in its history with NGEN/SMIT in 2021, she also provided leadership, counsel and support to the NGEN/SMIT team, ramping up from near zero to over 2,200 employees in less than six months. In addition, Lott-Price led a renewed focus on inclusion and diversity strategies within the Defense Group.
