    Angela Heise, Microsoft

    Angela Heise

Corporate Vice President, Defense & Intelligence, Microsoft

Angela Heise became Microsoft’s corporate vice president of defense and intelligence in June 2021, bringing with her more than 20 years of experience.

“Joining a company with a culture that embraces a growth mindset and is customer obsessed, energizes me and allows me to put all my focus into helping our customers,” Heise said.

This year, Heise is focused on helping defense and intelligence agencies across the globe to advance their missions to promote stability and security for residents, nations and multinational alliances. Rapid changes in regional and national stability, an increasingly complex threat landscape and a global pandemic are forcing defense and intelligence organizations to evolve at an unprecedented rate.

    Why Watch

Like Microsoft’s commercial customers, defense and intelligence customers are wrangling with their ever-growing data estates and trying to derive insights, decisions and actions to better carry out their missions, while also aiming to achieve improved economies and accelerated innovation to deliver new mission capability at speed and scale. As a trusted partner, Microsoft is in a unique position to help governments across the globe to tackle their largest challenges and transform how they achieve their missions.
