Steve Tolbert has served as CEO of a fast-growing regional engineering firm, as a senior vice president at Perspecta and as a leader at SRA helping provide advanced technology solutions to federal, state and local agencies.
Now, he is leading a group at CACI that provides critical business solutions to the Defense Department through advanced capabilities in agile development at scale, model-based systems engineering, cloud migration, cybersecurity, business analytics and process automation. And his team has developed detailed knowledge of DOD’s business processes.
