Digital modernization service provider MindPetal has announced the award of a new CIO-SP3 SB 8(a) task order to provide SharePoint and Office 365 administration and modernization support to U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services.

Under this 4-year task order, MindPetal and its subcontractor Planet Technologies will provide day-to-day operational support for the USCIS Enterprise Collaboration Network and USCIS Connect, SharePoint environments that support over 23,000 USCIS users with access to more than 7,500 USCIS SharePoint sites and subsites.

The company is excited to support the high-visibility ECN and USCIS Connect environments “that are so critical to the overall mission,” said Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer Michael Agrillo.

“MindPetal has built a strong reputation for delivering excellent customer results, and it is our intent to continue to make major impacts for USCIS,” he said. “On a personal note, I am pleased to partner with the team at Planet Technologies, a company I have known for more than twenty years, to deliver outstanding service to DHS.”
