Chelsie Bright
Senior Vice President & Global Head of Government, Qualtrics
When the global pandemic hit, Chelsie Bright’s team quickly pivoted Qualtrics technology and introduced new products to help governments in all 50 states reopen schools, contact trace, turn vaccines into vaccinations, and get people safely back to work.
During COVID-19, Qualtrics has worked with hundreds of organizations to reach over 100 million citizens across 25,000 COVID-19 programs that span screening, appointment scheduling, testing, QR scans and vaccination status management.
Bright has been critical in leading a team helping government organizations keep their employees, students and staff safe, said Ali Rohani, executive vice president of global industries for Qualtrics.
“Her foresight, creativity, and expertise have been the key to enabling organizations to be flexible and responsive to the public during all the twists and turns of COVID-19,” Rohani said of Bright.
Why Watch
Looking ahead, Bright and her team are focused on helping governments, businesses and schools safely return to work amid the uncertainty of new COVID-19 mandates and regulations for testing, symptom checking and contact tracing. Her team enabled federal, state and local government leaders to take a data-driven approach to implement the new standards with minimal disruption while protecting personal health information.
Today, governments face challenges at a scope and scale they have never seen before, Bright said.
“To overcome these hurdles, public servants need to have the right technology in place to make sure residents’ needs are being met,” she said. “At Qualtrics, we are partnering with governments around the world to put systems in place that are centered on people — leading to more trust in their communities.”
