In the 14 months since joining Presidio Federal, Clara Conti has turned a group of people, processes and tools into a fully functioning, branded organization that solely focuses on the missions, issues and cycles of the federal government.
Conti has also created a ten-fold increase in the public sector pipeline by hiring seasoned talent who understand the rhythms and realities of government. Many have served in various branches of the military, at senior levels of government agencies or at tech firms that support the public sector.
