Kevin Paschuck
Executive Vice President of Global Public Sector & CEO of EMEA Public Sector, Salesforce
This year brought with it many changes for Kevin Paschuck. One of them was his role, which expanded to CEO of EMEA public sector and executive vice president of global public sector. Building on the company’s success in the U.S., he’s now focused on how Salesforce can transform government services across Europe and impact the careers of employees and partners.
“I am most proud of how we’ve been able to maintain the Salesforce culture through hiring and onboarding hundreds of new reps across EMEA,” Paschuck said.
Salesforce has kept focus on enabling its customers and partners to evolve from being Salesforce users to being trailblazers leveraging the power of the platform to drive change in their own organizations and industries, he added.
Dave Rey, president of global public sector at Salesforce, said Paschuck has set himself apart in the organization for delivering incredible results and by leading with empathy during a particularly difficult year.
“He has led our team and customers to partner together to deliver new levels of service and innovative solutions, Rey said of Paschuck. “It’s this type of cultural resilience and organizational agility that makes the public sector an exciting area to work and lead.”
Why Watch
Salesforce will remain focused on putting employees and customers first. This year, much of its focus was centered on public health. One of its most notable successes came from working closely with the strategic leaders at Ireland’s Health Service to implement a vaccine management system, which is laying the foundation for the country’s broader public health transformation.
“An innovative idea is more than just something new or different — innovation is really about an organization’s ability to connect people, process and technology in a way that unlocks fresh, realistic and relevant ideas,” Paschuck said. “That’s the way to leapfrog the challenges presented by the pace of change.”
