    Bill Edmunds to Lead SAIC’s US Government Mission, IT Portfolio

    Bill Edmunds, SAIC

    Bill Edmunds has been named Science Applications International Corp.’s vice president of U.S. government mission and IT portfolio, and will lead strategic growth in digital, IT and transformation solutions.

    In his new role, Edmunds will align strategies and solutions with the strategic direction of SAIC and its national intelligence customers.

    He’s also responsible for leading, managing and overseeing a portfolio of digital modernization programs in IT system integration, cloud development and migration, cybersecurity, data and analytics, machine learning, application development and DevSecOps.

    Edmunds has been leading intelligence community missions since 2003, and brings more than 25 years of experience supporting IT infrastructure modernizations, operations and sustainment for networks, hosting and end-user support solutions.

    He’s worked with cloud computing, data centers, big data analytics, cybersecurity, enterprise management and artificial intelligence.

    Edmunds holds undergraduate and graduate degrees from the University of Maryland.
