Advanced technology, intelligence, and mission support solutions company IntelliBridge has acquired U.Group, a provider of DevSecOps, data science and analytic solutions to homeland security, defense and federal civilian agencies.

IntelliBridge is backed by Enlightenment Capital.

“The addition of U.Group to the IntelliBridge platform broadens the company’s technology capabilities, adding a suite of software products and tech-enabled services that allow them to better serve their customers’ missions,” said Jason Rigoli, partner at Enlightenment Capital and chairman of IntelliBridge.

Founded in 2010, U.Group helps homeland security, defense and federal civilian organizations use technology and human-centered design to solve complex mission-critical problems. U.Group fuses strategy and consulting with agile development, data products and analytics to create solutions in a rapid and scalable manner.

“U.Group’s team of creative and innovative technology experts solidifies our position in the digital solutions marketplace,” IntelliBridge President and CEO Cass Panciocco. “We can now bring to bear new Artificial Intelligence and Data Science solutions in an agile, repeatable, and scalable manner to current and prospective customers.”

As U.Group join forces with the IntelliBridge team, “we will continue to provide highly specialized digital and data science solutions to our customers as well as help grow the IntelliBridge platform,” said U.Group founder and CEO Ahmad Ishaq.
