VivSoft Technologies LLC, a small business offering cybersecurity, IT strategy and modernization solutions to the federal government, announced it has appointed Stephen Iwicki as its first chief operating officer.

In his role, Iwicki joins VivSoft’s executive leadership team to support CEO Navin Gunalan and Chief Technology Officer Tapasvi Kaza in executing the company’s strategy and vision.

“Stephen brings the energy and expertise to help further develop our company structure as we continue to rapidly win more competitive awards across a wider customer base,” said Gunalan.

Kaza praised Iwicki for his ability to communicate and interface with customers. “His exceptional ability to communicate complex solutions into easily understandable use cases will greatly contribute to the user experience our core capabilities support,” Kaza said.

Iwicki brings 16 years of experience driving program execution, profitability and revenue growth with Leidos, General Dynamics Information Technology, SOS International and Octo. He managed business units as large as $350 million in revenue with U.S. and global footprints with more than 1,500 employees and subcontractors.

“VivSoft is a passionate, highly collaborative team delivering outstanding cloud migration and modernization using a proven DevSecOps line of products and services,” Iwicki said. “I look forward to supporting our customers’ mission-critical cyber, defense and medical IT missions as VivSoft continues to expand and grow.”
