Managed services and digital transformation company Digital Management, LLC has been awarded a $256 million managed services task order with the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation.

The 7.5-year task order calls on DMI to provide infrastructure support services, including modernization of data center and network operations, client and cross-functional services, unified communications, service desk, monitoring and event management, and cloud migration.

The partnership brings new innovations, tools and technologies that will help FDIC drive operational efficiencies, control IT costs and improve the user experience. DMI said it will bring digital transformation tools that usher in a new managed services model, focused on service delivery optimization.

FDIC is an independent agency created by Congress to maintain stability and public confidence in the nation’s financial system. To accomplish this mission, FDIC insures deposits; examines and supervises financial institutions for safety, soundness, and consumer protection; makes large and complex financial institutions resolvable; and manages receiverships.

FDIC is headquartered in Washington, D.C., and employs more than 5,500 employees.
